Each week we create a menu based on how many meals you wish to have prepared each week and based on your flavor profile and dietary preferences. Our weekly menu can include a variety of dinner options for the week. If you are interested in quick lunches, protein and fiber packed breakfast items, or healthy snacks stocked in your fridge please let us know. We also can offer easy and delicious foods that freeze well (like our turkey meatballs, soups, breakfast burritos, muffins, etc).

Our chef can come into your home to prepare meals for the week or meals can be prepared in a private kitchen then delivered to your home. Our meals can be stored in containers that you already own or we can provide glass containers for recurring clients. We provide you with simple heating instructions to suggest how to best reheat and serve your meals.
If you need to skip a week or have a vacation planned, just let us know in advance!
What if I have allergies or are on a restricted diet?
We accommodate many dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. We are happy to work with clients to create food that agrees with your body and will make you feel good. As you sign up for our service, please indicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
Do I need to provide containers?
Our service includes the use of our reusable glass containers. If you prefer to use your own let us know but we highly recommend using glass for storage as it can easily be heated in the container.
Do I need to be present when Crawlspace Kitchen is in my home or during delivery?
This is totally your preference. We ask that someone from your household be home for the first time and after that you can coordinate our chef having access to your kitchen if you're not home.
How does payment work?
We accept payment via Venmo or Zelle. Directly following your in-home cook day an invoice from quickbooks will be sent to you electronically. We ask that grocery reimbursements and weekly service payments be made within 48 hrs of receiving the invoice.
What if I need to skip a week?
If you need to skip a week or multiple because you will be on vacation or out of town please give us as much warning as possible ( we ask for at least two weeks).
Can Crawlspace Kitchen cater my private events?
Yes, depending on the size and availability Crawlspace Kitchen can offer catering for small private gatherings.
What happens when Crawlspace Kitchen is on vacation?
Prior to taking vacation, clients will be given at least 2 weeks of notice. There may be an option to switch your in-home cook day. We can also preemptively stock your freezer with delicious and quality meals prior to taking time away.
How do I re-heat my meals?
Each week your meals will come with very simple heating and serving instructions. Very often dishes can be heated in oven directly in their glass container.
