Sourcing Our Ingredients
We prioritize using seasonal and local produce whenever possible. Our menus change to reflect what is in peak season.
Whenever available we source produce that is organic or grown without pesticides. Why? Because organic foods support our health, our earth, and farmers.
Whenever available we use meats that are raised without antibiotics, organic, grass-fed (beef), wild line caught (fish). We strive to source our meat from producers that prioritize sustainable and humane practices and always use Pasture raised eggs.
We are proud to use the highest quality fats and cooking oils like: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic Ghee & Avocado Oil. Read more about this!
